Yes. Every Contigo team member signs a confidentiality agreement as a condition of placement, and we can layer in a firm-specific NDA before the first day.

How do you handle conflict checks?

Conflicts are run by your firm against your client list before any matter is shared. Our team members do not bring prior client lists with them.

Can they work in our case-management software?

Yes. Our talent is trained on the most common platforms and can be brought up to speed on firm-specific tools during onboarding.

Can they appear in court or sign legal documents?

No. Our paralegals and legal assistants support attorney-supervised work only and do not engage in the practice of law.

What about state bar requirements around remote support?

Our talent works under the supervision of your licensed attorneys. We're happy to share documentation that supports your firm's compliance review.
